Image History
The artwork was conceptualized after David Fornelli visited an old Paris bookstore and reflected on the style of elder creatives—those who command presence without trying. The subject is an homage to that archetype: The Sage, The Silent Revolutionary. The background brick wall was created using digital layering of real graffiti textures combined with brand motifs, forming a subtle constellation around the subject. The lighting and textures were digitally painted to mimic fine oil brushwork in a monochrome palette, paying tribute to classical portraiture.
