These Terms and Conditions govern the use of free images provided by Fornelli by Design (“the Company”), a marketing agency based in Henderson, Nevada, founded by artist David Fornelli. By using any free images provided by the Company, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, copy, modify, and distribute the images provided by the Company for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
3. Permitted Uses
You are permitted to use the images in digital and printed advertisements, websites, blogs, social media, presentations, magazines, newspapers, product packaging, and any other marketing materials.
4. Restrictions
a. You may not sell, lease, loan, or sublicense the images or any derivative works based on the images. b. You may not use the images in a way that suggests any official endorsement by the Company or David Fornelli. c. You may not use the images in connection with unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content. d. You may not use the images in a way that infringes upon any third party’s trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All images are property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws. The Company retains all rights not expressly granted by these Terms and Conditions.
6. No Warranty
The images are provided ‘as is’, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the images will meet your requirements or that their use will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the images.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the images after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
